SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Provide individual & family social work services
*Develop comprehensive treatment plans
* Develop relationships with outside referals & connect with program participants
* Clinical evaulations, crisis planning, & intervention services as needed
*40 hours per week
CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* Master's Degree Required
* Certified or licensed preferred
* Minimum of two (2) year of direct experience with children with mental health concerns
* Ability to complete and pass given clearances including: FBI, state and child background checks, Tuberculosis/TB test, CPR & first aid certification.
