SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Performs medical assessments, interventions, and consultation duties for individuals
* Pack and dispense medications to be distributed to individuals, including injectable medications.
* Assist with educating consumers on medications
* Correspond with medical doctor and team re: status of consumer
* Perform home visits
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Jersey
* Minimum of 2 years of psychiatric nursing experience
* Ability to complete and pass clearances: Criminal background check and DMV check
* Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including: Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test, and CPR
*COVID 19 Vaccination Required
