COMPENSATION FOR A RESIDENTIAL AIDE
Client offering rates starting at $17.25/hour depending on contractor's qualifications, availability, and skill.
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Ensure spaces are prepared for the next day by taking out trash, tidying furniture and dusting surfaces
* Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets
* Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks, and showers, and restock disposable
* Wipe mirrors and windows
* Maintain outer premises by watering plants, mowing lawn, cleaning entrances
* Perform maintenance and minor repairs (replacing broken switches, fixing door handles, minor leaks etc.)
* Report major damages and oversee repairs
* Secure facilities after operating hours by locking doors, closing windows and setting up alarms
* Support individuals to accomplish daily tasks, including bathing, eating, dressing, and grooming practices
* Build rapport with individuals by establishing personal connections and showing interest in their lives
* Respond to any urgent safety or medical issues
* Assist with food preparation when necessary
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Background check will be required
* Fully Vaccinated against COVID 19
* CPR & First Aid required
* PMT preferred
