Our Client is seeking ResidentialAides/Caregivers to provide support and care in a group home setting in McKinney, TX.
LOCATION, AVAILABLE HOURS, & CLIENT'S HOURLY RATE
*Plano
$15-$16. per hour DOQ
*Long term contracts & flexible schedules available Weekdays 3p-Midnight, Midnight-9am & Weekends 9a-3p
*Group Homes and Community based Home Health options available
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF OPPORTUNITY
* Assist persons with autism and other intellectual development disabilities. Support performance of daily living activities including but not limited to bathing, teeth brushing, and dressing.
* Assist with training activities as specified in Individual Support Plans (ISP) and activity schedules
* Provide supervision to ensure Individuals' safety and health care needs are not compromised
* Implement maladaptive behavior reduction program as specified by the behavior support plan, protocol or facility emergency procedures
CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent.
* Possession of a valid Driver's License
* Verifiable experience working with developmentally disabled (preferred)
* Ability to satisfactorily complete and pass given background checks and drug screen
