Our client is seeking a motivated professional to work as a LPNfor their facility in Camden County
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Monitor general health of all residents
* Coordinate the medical care for all residents
* Assist with administration of medications
* Link and coordinate services
* Assess resident medical needs, determine appropriate medical treatment and initiate treatment process
* Carrying out Physicians' orders as instructed
* Assist in maintaining communication with all other staff and administrators
* Participate in administrative meetings
* Participate in IHP process for all individuals
* Available for on call coverage to ensure 24 hour nursing availability to the program
* Any other duties as assigned
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Must have either LPN License
* Background Check
* TB, Physical, CPR Certification
* DDD Certifications
* Drug Test
* Must have at least 1 year experience in nursing field
* Must have experience working with children and/or adults with development/intellectual disabilities OR with Mental Health Diagnoses
