Our Client is seeking Food Pantry Aides to assist with distributing food resources to the community in the Dallas, TX area.
AVAILABLE HOURS
*Tuesday thru Saturday 7:30a-4:30p
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF OPPORTUNITY
*Assists mobile sites to ensure that all client information required is recorded in the system during distribution time.
*Responsible for providing excellent customer service to site coordinators and volunteers during the food distribution.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
*HS diploma or GED; associates or bachelors degree is preferred
*Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
*Proficient in word, outlook and other statistical software
*Excellent communication and data entry documentation skills
KNOWLEDGE; SKILLS AND ABILITIES
*Good communication skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal
*Computer literate and experience with MS Office suite of products
*Ability to respond to common inquires or complaints from clients, volunteers, and community partners.
*Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
*Must be able to work under deadline pressure and meet deadlines.
*Able to work well with people of diverse backgrounds.
