One of our clients is seeking a Residential Aide to provide service in the East Hartford, CT area.
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Ensure all activities are designed to foster growth to each individual's highest level of accomplishment.
* Ensure all care and services are delivered in a climate of normalization, caring and concern.
* Participate in the house behavior modification system.
* Assist with the transportation of Consumers in Agency vehicles.
* Transport consumers to appointments (as needed)
* Willingness to work SECOND shift
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* High School Diploma/GED
* Valid Driver's License
* Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), Criminal, DMV Abstract, and a Drug Screening
* Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including: physical examination, Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test, CPR, and First Aid certification
