A Delta-T Group client is seeking multiple CNAs for a client with locations in Geneva, Elgin, and Bloomingdale. Details of the position are as follows:
CLIENT'S GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Nurses Assistant assists the licensed nursing staff by performing routine nursing duties and activities of daily living.
PRINCIPLE CLIENT DUTIES:
1. Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising.
2. Gives treatments, performs tests, carries out procedures and collects specimens as instructed.
3. Reports and records observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures and specimens when indicated.
4. Transfers, transports and escorts residents as needed. Answers signal lights promptly.
5. Changes bed linens, makes beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly.
6. Assures Resident safety at all times.
7. Attendance is essential to this position. Must also maintain dependability and punctuality as outlined in Client's Attendance policy.

Other Duties:
1. Maintains safe and sanitary work stations and equipment.
2. Encourages independence, attendance at activities, restorative programs and rehabilitation.
3. Attends in-service training and education session, as assigned.
4. Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by Client's supervisor.
