Delta T Group is an employment referral agency. Our client currently has several opportunities based out of North Jersey (Essex, Bergen, and Passaic Counties). Assignments are available for LCSWs, LSWs, LPCs, CADCs, and LPCs. At this time, all shifts are available (with some remote opportunities depending on client availability. SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
*Conduct new client intakes, keep detailed records.
*Provide counseling treatment if needed.
*Evaluate individual client needs, assess, and initiate appropriate treatment and services
*Make recommendations or referrals for other services and agencies
*Analyze and evaluate progress and results of service/treatment program
*Collaborate with clients to establish, continue, or change goals based on regular assessment of success in meeting those goals
"*Facilitate in individual or group therapies
*Direct individuals to help them make changes, problem solve and organizing support
*Record case summaries, providing all necessary progress notes, written assessments, and other required paperwork in a timely manner
*Communicate progress/concerns regarding client with Clinical Supervisor and program Psychiatrist, as necessary
*Utilize agency and community resources to perform related tasks necessary to client/supports goals and needs

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
*Must be licensed to practice in the State of NJ
*Strong written and oral communication skills
*Ability to perform multiple tasks
*Excellent interpersonal personnel and organizational skills
*Ability to work effectively as part of the clinical team

Compensation:
*Competitive Rates based on expertise, experience, and credentials
Experience: Individual Therapy/Counseling, Family Counseling, or Drug and Addiction Counseling
License/Certification: NJ license - Active and in Good Standing (LPC/LSW/LCSW/CADC/LCADC/LMFT)
