Excellent opportunity to apply your Human Services skills in supporting adults and youth experiencing insecurity in their housing! You will spend some of your time in the office recording your case notes and arranging services for the clients. The rest of your time will involve meeting clients to assess their needs, follow-up on the services they are receiving and provide some life skills training.
Candidates need to have a BA/BS degree, some Human Services or Case Management related experience and a compassionate, patient and understanding approach to others.
