Our Client is seeking Bilingual Spanish speaking Kinship Navigators to provide support to families raising their grandchildren and/or nieces & nephews in the Fort Worth, TX area.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF OPPORTUNITY
The Kinship Navigator Program provides resource navigation, basic needs support, peer support, and 1:1 strength-based Case Management.
CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
*Bilingual Spanish speaking a MUST!
*One year experience working with at-risk youth and families.
*Understanding of crisis intervention and trauma-informed care working closely with children, adolescents, and their families.
*Good verbal and written communication skills are required. Possesses a working knowledge of basic computer skills.
*Knowledge of CHIP, Medicaid, SNAP, TANF and other public services preferred.
